Teacher charged with rape, sex abuse of two students
An Anne Arundel County teacher was arrested and charged with rape and sex abuse involving two minors, police said. County police said two students made multiple sexual allegations in May against Karl Houston Walls, 27, of Edgewater. New details emerged in the case at a court hearing Friday morning. Both teenage girls are enrolled at Northeast High School in Pasadena, where Walls worked as a special educator and coach.
