Father Rapes 10-Year-Old Daughter
The perpetrator claimed he raped his daughter because his wife was busy working.
"The excuse was that his wife was busy working," said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tangerang City Metro Police, Commissioner Rio Mikael Tobing.
The victim, now 19 years old, had been raped for nine years. He threatened her with various things to comply with the perpetrator's depraved desires.
"The threat was that if the victim refused to comply, the suspect would destroy the family," he said.
