BPI is just one of the banks that you can use to cash in to GCash.
Make sure that you already enrolled your BPI Online Banking Account in GCash.

Also, make sure that you an have an online account with BPI first before enrolling BPI to GCash.

After the registration, you can then transfer funds from BPI to GCash.
Unless there are changes announced by BPI or GCash, the transfer fee is Php 1.00
Aside from BPI, you can also transfer funds from other local banks to GCash.
