Use Jotform Dynamic Tagging for Easy Email List Segmentation
The question in the comments was can you create Mailchimp tags based on user selection in JotForm? The answer is yes. In this video, I show you how to auto-generate Mailchimp tags with JotForm by using the Dynamic Tagging option. Whatever the user selects, a Mailchimp tag will be created.

Step 1 - Create the JotForm form as you normally would with the checkbox/multiple-choice field
Step 2 - Integrate Mailchimp with the JotForm form
Step 3 - Select the Dynamic Tagging option
Step 4 - Select the multiple-choice checkbox as the field for the dynamic tagging
Step 5 - Publish the JotForm form
