HOW TO FILL OUT THE PLF FORM FOR GREECE?
⚠️⚠️⚠️IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE ⚠️⚠️⚠️
1) YOU MUST REGISTER WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM.
2) DO NOT CHECK THE PROFESSIONAL DRIVER FORM WHEN FILLING OUT THE FORM. THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE DRIVING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE.
3) YOUR PERMANENT ADDRESS IS YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.
4) THE VEHICLE OWNER MUST REGISTER AND INCLUDE FAMILY MEMBERS. PROVIDE ONLY THE VEHICLE OWNER'S VACCINE AND TEST DETAILS. PRESENT THE OTHERS AT THE DOOR.
5) IF IT REQUIRES A 14-DAY TEMPORARY ADDRESS INFORMATION IN GREECE, PUT A DOTT THERE AND CONTINUE.
To receive confirmation of completing the form via email and the required QR code (quick response), see the step-by-step instructions for completing the PLF Passenger Locator Form at https://travel.gov.gr/#/ for a Greek airport (on a smartphone or in print).
The PLF form must be completed 24 hours before departure, as things can change at the last minute. I don't recommend completing the form a week in advance, so you don't have to do it twice in case of a change. The QR code will then be sent to the email address specified on the PLF form late in the evening the day before departure.
I hope you find this guide helpful, as many questions about completing it appear online, such as in groups on Facebook.
