In this video, I’m sharing my favourite website design template trends 2026 and how I’m planning to use them when creating website templates for both client projects and passive income.
If you’re new here, I’m Sha, a branding and web designer. Going into 2026, I really want to focus more on building website templates that I can use as a starting point for client work, but also sell online. While researching and browsing through Wix Studio templates and the Wix Studio marketplace, I started noticing the same design trends coming up again and again, so I thought it would be helpful to share them.
In this video, I talk through the website design template trends 2026 that I personally love and plan to use in my own templates. I cover things like maximalism and bold design, interactive hover elements, sticky scrolling sections, more intentional menus and navigation, strong imagery including AI generated visuals, and breaking away from rigid grid layouts. I also explain why these trends work so well for templates and how they help websites feel more engaging, less static, and more custom.
