let's discuss GLITCHED lightning. It used to be my favorite element, and I used to main it extensively in Elemental Dungeons. However, we're aware that things have changed, and lightning has been nerfed significantly. We all know that by now. I just wanted to assess the extent of the nerfs, so I conducted tests for you.
