A water cooling concept from Thermal Grizzly, presented by Roman "der8auer," featuring industrial diamonds and a thermal conductivity of 2200 W/mK, designed as a direct-die cooler for AMD CPUs, never made it to market. The reason: €250 per diamond, a retail price of around €1500, and in tests, only about 3 degrees better temperatures than classic copper.
