In this video we will discuss about the member offset in staad pro .
A member offset is the same as a rigid link between the node and the face of the member to which the offset is specified. So, instead of using an offset, here is an alternative. In addition to the original joint where the beam and column centerlines meet, create one more joint where the beam or column face is located.
