Unlocking Parables Part 2
a continuation from part one of Unlocking Parables
I have been endeavoring to provide closed captioning on some recent videos because the auto captioning is flawed. Previously, I used rich text files like Wordpad. It seems that we must use a true text file such as notepad for it to work properly as this video displays the closed caption file better than my previous attempts.
