The garbage truck won't come, move! It doesn't care... and neither do I.
I'm going to take out a bag of trash when I see the access to the containers is blocked. Not just "for a moment," but so badly that the garbage truck can't get there, and trash is already starting to pile up around it. I decide to do something simple: I get the owner's attention (the alarm goes off) and ask him to move the car.
Then a completely absurd conversation ensues: a polite request is met with "I'll park wherever I want," and an argument about the garbage truck is met with "Who appointed you in charge?" (that's pretty much what they were saying).
At that moment, a girl appears with a bag—and her face shows it all: a mixture of bewilderment and shock at the sheer audacity of the situation.
And then the comedic denouement begins: since the person "finds it more convenient" to keep the trash nearby, I "do him a favor" and carefully return the bag... right to the car.
