Frame perfects (fp) are timings when ONLY ONE frame is available for press/release. All fp are computed EXACTLY FOR 60 FPS! Of course, at higher fps there will be MUCH LESS fp or not at all and most of these timings will become EASIER. Keep it in mind!
Speed portals at 0:14, 0:33, 1:12, 1:20, 1:29 and 1:37 can slightly shift frames, but for counting fp, they were activated as early as possible (except 1:29 - it was activated as late as possible).
