In a perfect world you should be watching this video on one computer and doing the work on the bad computer.. When I was helping my cousin with his computer, files would not download from the Internet so I simply downloaded it on my own computer, transferred the file from the downloads folder to a USB stick, and then put that in his computer and installed the programs into his computer through the file on the USB. You may have to do this if the adware, spyware, viruses, etc. are this bad.
In this video I'll SHOW you the steps, however, go to the description for quick methods and if you have some sort of idea what you're doing. I compacted this video as much as I could but it still is rather long. I am very thorough throughout the entire video to help those who don't have as much of an idea of what to do each step. A lot of this process is waiting for the programs to finish, so please bare with it!

Also, not shown in this video, but downloading adwcleaner, that'll often fix things that these programs don't catch. And yes, adwcleaner WILL MAKE you restart your computer once completed. It's part of the program!
