The below are the steps to follow for solving this problem.
Step 1: Uninstall anti-virus software to fix this issue.
Control Panel-System and Security-Windows Defender Firewall-Customize
Settings
Step 2: Open the control panel - click on the network sharing center - select and
click the media streaming option-show device on all the network-click OK
Step 3: Go to start menu-type firewall and network protection-open-
turn the domain network, public network and private network off.
Step 4: Go to start menu-type Device Manager-open-select the display
adapter-select option-update driver.
Step 5: Go to start menu- type Network status -Control Panel-Network and
Internet-Network and Sharing Center-Change adapter settings-turn off or
disable Wi-Fi-Enable Wi-Fi
Step 6:Go to start menu--type connect app
Step 7: Mobile phone and Laptop will be connected to the same network
Step 8: Go to start menu-type run-click on open-type dxdiag -click on save all
information-search Miracast in dxdiag.txt file whether it is supported or not.
Step 9: Go to start menu-type system settings -Click on optional feature-Click on view feature
-search wireless display-tick-next-add-to install wireless display.
Step 10: Go to start menu-type projection settings-click on open-click on launch the
wireless app to project to this PC.
Go to start menu-type system-projecting to this PC.
Step 11: Turn on screen cast of your mobile to connect with the laptop.
Step 12: Successfully connected
