Easter Cakes Recipe:
1 kg of flour
500 ml of milk
60 g of ordinary yeast or 15-20 g of dry yeast (read on the package)
7-8 yolks (depending on size)
80 g sour cream (fat content 20-25%)
100 g butter (preferably 82% fat)
50 ml odorless vegetable oil
250 g sugar
0.5 tsp salt
200-250 g of dried fruit
10-20 g of vanilla sugar
zest of 1 lemon
Bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on size) I have small baked for 30 minutes, large 40. The temperature is 170-160 degrees.
The icing recipe for Easter cakes on squirrels (for this norm of the test):
2 egg whites
350 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
