In this lesson learners prepare a traditional steamed pudding with custard.
This group all have additional needs such as ADHD, Aspergers, Dyspraxia, and Dyslexia. A range of learning methods are introduced, recipes are read out, practical demonstrations are given, and the internet and PowerPoint are used for reference.
