In this quiz, you can test your knowledge of the to-infinitive and gerund (-ing). We will show you which verbs go with the to-infinitive and which ones only go with gerund. This is often confusing for English students at all levels bearing in mind that sometimes it is not clear why certain verbs are followed by either the to-infinitive or -ing form. To make things even more confusing, some verbs can be followed by both forms with a slight difference in meaning. This quiz will show you those verbs, too. This is also an opportunity for you to test your knowledge of other parts of speech that are included in this video.
