To save a Word file in PDF, click on "File" at the top of the screen and go to the "Export" option. Then, click on the "Create PDF/XPS" icon. Word will open the option for you to choose the location where you want to save the document. After choosing, you can give the file a name and click on Publish. The PDF document will then open on your computer. If this does not happen, simply access the folder where you saved the document.
Another option is to click on "File" and click on the "Save as" option. You must choose where you want to save the file and, in the "Type" field, select the PDF option. Then, click on Save. The PDF document will then open on your computer. If this does not happen, simply access the folder where you saved the document.
