I bought Olympus DSLR E-520 in 2008, and this marked the start of my venture deeper into the photography world. I discovered photography through E-520, experimenting and trying out all kinds of shooting over my early, formative years. I even did some commercial jobs with E-520. As I continued doing shutter therapy with E-520, my blog evolved as well, from an online journal about my random daily lives into more serious photography-oriented website. I shared freshly taken photographs every week and I wrote about my experience shooting, and also what I have learned in my journey of photography in early years. Somehow Olympus Malaysia noticed me, invited me to review their coming product the Olympus DSLR E-5, and the rest was history! My blog robinwong.blogspot.com is what it is today, and I got where I am today, hugely thanks to the beautiful Olympus E-520. Therefore, this camera will always have a special place in my heart. I am just glad that it is still alive and well and that I can still do a video about this, before it completely gave up on me.
