Admissions are Open for NUMS Undergraduate Programs Spring 2022 The Department of Biological Sciences at National University of Medical Sciences is a multi-dimensional academic unit that encompasses diverse areas of biology, including cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, microbiology, immunology and bioinformatics. Our curriculum has been designed to train our students in scientific rigor, technical know-how and reasoning skills. We believe in nurturing a multidisciplinary environment for both undergraduate and postgraduate students by offering a combination of social sciences and humanities education to broaden their scope of knowledge. Courses in logic and philosophy have been integrated to instil critical, interpretive, and behavioral skills in our students.
