Voxler to 3D PDF Demo
Exporting VOXLER(R) Models from Golden Software to 3D PDF Interactive Documents using PDF3D ReportGen. The VOXLER exploration, analysis and visualization application for volumetric data
can be used in combination with PDF3D ReportGen to create interactive 3D PDF documents from
VOXLER projects.
This video demonstrates the process of generating a 3D PDF capturing the
3D visualization of model data in VOXLER,
a software product and registered trademark of Golden Software Inc.
Voxler version 4 is used to load a volumetric model interpreted with three isosurface levels
set to distinct surface colors. After exporting the scene into an intermediary file,
the PDF3D ReportGen then generates the final 3D PDF. The result is shown side-by-side
with the original Voxler 3D view window.
The result 3D PDF is stand-alone and can be sent to clients to be opened with a 3D PDF viewer such as
the Adobe Reader.
