☕️ Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world, especially in Italy. However, people often wonder whether coffee is good for you or bad for you.

#coffee #caffeine #coffeeisbad

➡️ In this short video, I'll explain all the benefits and harms of coffee, as well as when it's best to avoid it. I'll also provide the relevant scientific references (which you can find at the bottom of the description).

Over a thousand active ingredients have been found in coffee, and even today, the mechanisms by which it protects us are still unclear.

➡️ 02:20 The enormous quantity of ANTIOXIDANT MOLECULES present in coffee certainly plays a crucial role.

Here are some of its effects:

☑️ 01:38 Reduces liver inflammation in severe liver diseases
☑️ 01:54 Prevents or plays an interesting role in numerous chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, degenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, and others
☑️ 02:48 Protects our cells (cytoprotective action)
☑️ 01:01 Prevents various tumors (chemoprotective action)
☑️ 04:35 Improves cognitive performance

07:34 However, there are certain situations in which it would be better to abstain from this drink, such as if you suffer from:

☑️ Gastroesophageal reflux disease
☑️ Glaucoma
☑️ Insomnia
☑️ Anxiety

Hoping this short video has clarified a few things for you. Here are some ideas,

Sending you a hug. 🙏
