How to View project roles in Jira
1. Log in as a JIRA Administrator
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Click on "System"
To manage your general configuration, global permissions, look and feel and more
4. Click on "Project roles"
5. Here you can see "Project Role Browser" list, which contains a list of all the project roles in your JIRA system
