In this video I'm going over methods that will allow you to effortlessly hit 10000 steps and help you to walk to a healthier future. The average person in the UK walks between 3000-4000 steps a day which is extremely low if we compare it to how we used to live. As a result, more and more people are becoming obese which poses a number of serious health risks. Walking 10000 steps a day is recommended for many reasons and weight loss is one of them. 10000 seems like a lot but after incorporating the methods included in this video, you will be able to reach this target and make walking seem effortless.
