Forming an Eddyline Kayak
This short shows the crew at Eddyline Kayaks (Burlington WA) forming the deck of one of their touring models. This deck will be trimmed and the trimmed parts are re-used in other thermoplastic applications. The trimmed deck is then fused to a similarly formed hull and all seat, hatch, bulkhead, skeg parts are assembled by hand.
