How to install Microsoft Net Framework On Windows 7 8 10

NET Framework has not been installed because:
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider
If you have faced these error during dotnet frame work i will suggest you to goto following tutorial
Open mmc(i tried this with administrative privilege)Open Microsoft Management Console
goto run(windows button +r) type "mmc" without "" enter MMC → OK
select File or Console → Add/Remove Snap-In
From the list, select Certificates → Add → Computer Account → Local Computer → OK
From left menu, expand Server Name → Certificates(Local Computer) → Trusted Root Certification Authorities → Certificates
Right-click Certificates folder → select All Tasks → Import
This will open the Certificate Import Wizard → click Next
Browse to the location of the intermediate certificate → select Next
Select Place the certificate in the following store: Trusted Root
Certification Authorities
download certificate from here
→next→
Click Finish
