RDR 2: How to change Locked Resolution on Vulkan API *(2020 Updated)*

This is a follow-up to the video I made few months back for this same issue. Since then, there have been a few changes. I have covered them all in this updated video. I will show you how to lower your resolution to 720p on Vulkan API. There is an issue due to which you cannot change resolution in-game when using the Vulkan API. Follow the steps in the video to fix this. Hopefully Rockstar Games patch all these annoying issues soon, along with performance optimizations. Change the values for screenWidth, screenHeight & Windowed value as described in the video. Feel free to reach out in the comments if you run into any issues or want to ask something.
