In the Field Data Edition, users can process feature codes when importing various file types, such as CSV, survey job files, DC files, or data from SCS900. Upon importing work order results, coded points are visible, and by enabling feature codes and disabling point IDs, users can view specific codes like bottom of curb, left ground shot, retaining wall, and edge of pavement. This process is part of the field-to-finish workflow. Users should set up a feature definition manager with line control and feature codes, allowing them to access the survey tab and process feature codes. By selecting the work order or files and processing the source, the system generates line work and converts symbols, such as water valve or tree symbols. With accurate field codes and data collection, users can import data into their Business Center project, process feature codes, and efficiently create line work and site maps.
