Howdy steak enthusiasts!
Today we are making steak in pepper sauce! The preparation of this delicious dish is very simple, and in the video we will show you how!
The highest quality piece of meat, if you agree, is a beef steak, which you can only make more delicious by preparing it this way!
After cutting the steak into larger pieces and searing it on all sides, we made a sauce in the pan that we believe will appeal to most gourmets. For the sauce, we used: pepper, bouillon cube, garlic, and cooking cream. After a few minutes of cooking and stirring, it was ready, and we waited a couple of minutes for the nicely seared steak to rest before pouring it with this tasty sauce.
In addition to the main course, we fried some oven-baked potatoes, and grilled mushrooms with kaymak. The salad was also ready in no time, and we used bell peppers, homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers, spices, and of course, homemade cheese.
