VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE IN CAPE VERDE
In this video, you can see how our menstrual hygiene project unfolded over a month in Cape Verde, Africa.
Our project had two main objectives:
Educate girls about the normality of the menstrual cycle, providing them with information about its phases and various hygiene products available.
Offer Yin and Hatha Yoga classes to help girls relieve menstrual pain and reap the additional benefits of yoga.
