So guys with the help of this video you will be able to update your moto razr xt910 to thr newest ice cream sandwich which a european leak not the final ics by moto.
However everything works pefrectly fine and with all the ics features, So the update is really nice.
Prerequisites:-
1. Make sure that you are running on Android 2.3.6 with the system version= 651.167.26.Retail.en.EU and the build no.= 6.5.167_SPU-15-M2-3.
If you dont have this system version and build then use rsd to flash the fastboot fils from here:- http://www.eternityproject.eu/topic/7...
Download these files
Branding: RETAIL en.EU
Market Segment: EuropeAustraliaEMEA
Version: 651.167.26
Android Version: 2.3.6
SPU: 15 M2-3
ROM Type: Service
Radio Version: U_03.1C.93P
Bootloader Version: 0A.6C (contained but not being flashed)
Webtop version: WT-2.0.0-139
2. Then after putting this you need to make sure that your device is completely stock without any mods or without any frozen apps, its better to make a backup and then do a factory reset.
3. Then what you need to do is root your razr from here:- • How to root motorola razr/droid razr/razr ...
4. The last thing whih you need to keep in mind is you have enough battery in your device should be more than 70%
When you have done all of the following then you can follow the video on how to update.

Put this file in your external sd card not internal one.
When your device gets updated play with ics have fun
Note:-
If you people are facing problem like when u run the update using rom manager it starts and after 15-20 secs u boot back into gb then what u do is
check ur md5 of the update file which u downloaded

If ur md5 doesnt match then ur file is corrupt
re download the file then and again before putting on the device check ur md5.
