Baking dish: 21 cm.
Ingredients:
113 grams butter (1/2 cup)
1/4 teaspoon salt
120 grams of sugar (2/3 cup)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 ml milk
180 grams of flour (1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 - 3 apples
Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven / 40 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!
