Mandatory Document:
1) Original Passport ( old & New )
2) Form DS-160 Confirmation
3) Appointment Confirmation
4) Photographs not required (Will be clicked on the day of OFC
5) Visa application fee receipts/proof of payment
Supporting Documents:
1) Bank statement of last 6 months with sufficient balance; updated and attested
2) ITR for the last 3 years
3) Travel Itinerary
4) Invitation Letter from the Host Company (If Available)
5) Financial Documents such as FD, Mutual Funds, Investments etc.
6) NoC from current employer
7) last 3 months salary slip
