Hey Everyone! Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I will be teaching you guys how to find the missing angles of a triangle using the angle sum property. What this means is that the sum of the angles in any triangle will be exactly 180 degrees.
In order to find the missing angles of a triangle, we add the angles that are provided and subtract them from 180 degrees.
What is a ‘Triangle’?
A triangle is a closed, two-dimensional figure that has three straight sides. The point where two straight lines in a triangle meet is known as the vertex. Each vertex makes an angle. So a triangle has three vertices, three angles, and three edges. Of all the three sides, the base of the triangle is any one side. The length of the line drawn perpendicular to its base that joins the vertex on the opposite side of the base is called the height or altitude of the triangle.
If you are studying or getting ready to take the IGCSE Math Exam, this channel covers it all. In this series of Mathematical videos, I will be teaching all of the topics from the IGCSE Math Core Syllabus one chapter at a time.
