What is ManyChat Inbox Pro?
ManyChat Inbox Pro is one of ManyChat's new products and it pretty much gives a broader experience to the Live Chat inbox than you would normally have.
So first of all, ManyChat Inbox Pro seems to be a standalone product within ManyChat.
So you could use ManyChat Inbox Pro only for live chat and leave it with that. Or you can use it together with the ManyChat Automation plan.
Secondly, it adds new interesting features to Live Chat:
-Agent Chat Analytics
-Team groups
-Auto assignment rules

What is the pricing of ManyChat Inbox Pro?
ManyChat Inbox Pro costs $100 per month, and this comes with 3 live chat seats.
If you want to add an additional seat, that will cost an extra $40 per month.
