Skyrim alchemy trainer locations
These are the locations of the Skyrim Alchemy trainers. It would appear that none of the alchemy trainers can become followers or married so none can be exploited.

Lami - Found in the Thaumaturgist's Hut in Morthal - Adept up to lvl 50 alchemy

To gain access to Babette and her alchemy training you must start the Dark Brotherhood quest line - http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Da...
Once you have gained access to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary you can get Babette to train you, however once the Dark Brotherhood quest line is advanced she will change locations and will be found at the Dawnstar Sanctuary.
When you have been trained to 90 then get mixing those potions. The fastest method is to put on all your fortify alchemy gear and then mix Wheat and Giant's toes. This is the most expensive potion you can make and will lvl you the fastest.
You may train your archery 5 times per character level Once you have trained in alchemy up to the max level of the trainer the option will disappear from their dialogue and you must find the next trainer.
You cannot train past lvl 90 and must rely on mixing potions to make it to lvl 100.
The cost of training a skill up to lvl 51 is 10*[Skill level]+50, but from level 51 onwards the training cost triples to 30*[Skill level]+50
