Welcome back, Survivors! Today, we are heading into the streets of Lost Colony to build a base that fits perfectly into the city's ruins. This is a Gothic Townhouse designed not just for looks, but for a full survival playthrough.

The Tame Garage: A secure room on the ground floor specifically for your essential mounts.
The Workshop: Plenty of space for industrial crafting stations and dedicated storage.
The Greenhouse: A fully irrigated, glass-paneled growing area integrated into the roof.
The Living Quarters: A cozy, gothic-inspired bedroom with a view of the city.
This base was built on the Lost Colony map in ARK: Survival Ascended with no mods needed!
