HTTP - Think you know the HTTP protocol? Think again.
This time, our colleague Borja de Lázaro will give us an overview of the HTTP protocol.
In this talk, we'll see where the HTTP protocol comes from, some of the changes brought about by different versions, and how it has evolved from version 0.9 in 1990 to HTTP 3, proposed as a standard in June 2022. To do this, we'll see how connections are established and how data is sent across the network and the internet, how the different transport protocols of TCP and UDP affect this, and how we protect communications with TLS.
