From this video, we are going to learn the History of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvements as well as the contribution of quality guru’s in this journey.
This video is the 1st part of this learning, will explain the history of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvements.

• History of Continuous Improvements, including_
o 1798: Eli Whitney, Mass Production and Interchangeable Parts
o 1840: Introduction of GO gages
o 1870: Introduction of NO-GO gages, and
o 1913: Henry Ford and the Moving Assembly Line
o 1913: To monitor the consistency of the process and use of sampling
