Is Project Epoch Dead?
Lately I’ve been seeing more and more people asking the same question... is Project Epoch already dying?
After the massive launch surge and all the attention the server got recently, things have definitely started to settle down a bit. In this video, I take a neutral look at the current state of Project Epoch in May 2026, including population discussions, guild activity, server development, dungeon groups, and whether the quieter atmosphere now actually means the server is “dead” or just stabilizing after the initial hype wave.
I also take a look at the EpochHead population tracker and explain why those numbers are community-uploaded rather than a perfect live representation of the server.
