Reset User Name and Password in oracle fusion Application
Reset user name & Password
The navigation path is:
Navigator - Tools Security - Console
In the Security Console, click the Users tab.
Click the Add User Account button.
Fill in the user details, including a username and password. You can also associate the account with a person type Worker if applicable.
Click save and close.
