Ingredients for base :
120g Marie biscuits （马里饼）
80g melted butter （溶化牛油）
Ingredients for filling :
600g cream cheese （奶油芝士）
100g caster sugar （细砂糖）
3 eggs （鸡蛋）- grade A
250g whipping cream （动物性鲜奶油）
15g corn flour （玉米粉）
Divide mixture into 3 portions
(分成三等份）
100g melted dark chocolate （溶化黑巧克力）
1 tbsp cocoa powder （可可粉）
100g melted white chocolate （溶化白巧克力）
1/2 tsp vanilla extract （香草精）
1 tbsp instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉）
1 tbsp boiling water （热水）
1/2 tsp coffee essence （咖啡香精）
1 tbsp coffee liqueur （咖啡酒）
