Even if you use integration by substitution or by parts, inevitably at some point you would use antiderivatives. This video tells you the way not to use antiderivatives but Riemann sums (the first two videos) and method of exhaustion (the third video).
Note: "We will use geometry and physics to help us out." Originally this was a very very long video (like I expect it to be at least 20 minutes) which is all parts combined, but I want to get some content out as soon as possible, and this line remained. The next few parts would be about using geometry and physics respectively to compute integrals.
