A lesson on Group Policy. I forgot to mention how to edit a local policy. Instead of connecting to the domain Group Policy console, you need to add the policy snap-in to the MMC console on the local computer.

Addition to the lesson: An update was released on June 14, 2016. Now, to successfully apply a GPO, the computer account must have read permissions for that GPO.
