LAN port of laptop or desktop not working | Simple fix.
A friend of mine is dealer for car accessories, one day he called me and asked if i can visit his shop and check if i can solve internet problem with his desktop computer, he had contacted a OC dealer and the technician who visited shop told him the LAN needs to be replaced and it is not available, my friend asked me if i can help as it was urgent and he had to submit some sales details to sales tax department, when i went and checked the LAN cable connector & LAN port were dirty, the LAN cable was connected between Router & PC, i cleaned both(connector on cable & port on PC mainboard) and found LAN started working.
