DUMPLINGS. SIMPLE RECIPE
The dough is elastic, dense, does not stick to your hands. Dumplings stick together well
Dough ingredients:
Flour 450 g
Water 210 ml
Egg 1 pc.
Salt 3 ml
You can use any meat, in my mince 1/3 beef + 2/3 pork + salt + pepper
Knead the dough, while it rests in the refrigerator, prepare the mince. Form dumplings and freeze. Frozen dumplings need to be cooked for 10 minutes after boiling.
