Choosing a grass trimmer
At the start of the season, homeowners and summer cottage owners often face one important question: how to choose a trimmer that will perform reliably. The throes of choice begin with determining the appropriate drive type (electric, gasoline, or battery-powered) and end in a maze of technical specifications and endless comparisons.
But if you know what to look for and what to use it for, everything will be much simpler. For example, for a large area where you need to mow a lot (like a summer cottage that occasionally gets overgrown with grass), only a gasoline-powered brush cutter is suitable.
Similarly, if you live in a townhouse and all you need to mow is a small patch of lawn, then an electric trimmer is the obvious choice.
