The title theme of Jess Franco's 1981 comedy, 'Las Chicas De Copacabana.' The melody is built on a simple baroque motif reminiscent of earlier White scores, such as Franco's 'Tendre Et Perverse Emanuelle', but here he gave it full Brazilian samba treatment, with a male and female chorus singing in Portuguese and accompanied by the qweeka (drum which sounds like a monkey.) A ukulele also strums away while a bass drum keeps the tempo straight throughout and I’ve tried to imitate these various instruments in this arrangement.
White was well versed in this style of music, and I suspect Franco liked this tune a lot as it also appeared in other films from this period, sometimes in a very different context -
'Eugenie (Historia De Una Perversión)', 1980
'Sadomania - Hölle der Lust', 1981
'La Noche De Los Sexos Abiertos', 1983

I am just an amateur and do not own any of this.
