Your game just needs to be...
Purchased in the last 14 days
Have less than two hours of total play time
So long as it meets these criteria we will be able to provide a refund.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases for downloadable content (DLC) and in-app purchases (IAP) within any game.
So before you shop til you drop in-game, ya better think ten bajillion times before pressing the "Buy Buy Buy" button, because your coins are literally going bye bye bye!
BUT WHAT ABOUT GIFTING…?
We are unable to provide a refund for a gift purchase once the gift has been claimed by yourself or another user. (Yes, you can give gifts to yourself! Treat Yourself Day can be every day!)
However, if a game gift is unclaimed, the game gift can be refunded if you purchased it within the last 14 days. For Nitro gifts, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date. (For gifts, playtime isn't taken into account, because a user will need to claim a gift first in order to play the game.)

OUR NITRO REFUND POLICY
We're able to process a refund for your Nitro subscription if the request is made within 5 days from your initial purchase date.
Note: Refunds for Nitro are a one-time exception.
