4 Way Hip Slider

Stand with one foot on the ground and either one foot on a furniture slider or a sock on a sliding floor surface. Place most of your weight on to the planted foot and slide the opposing foot out and away from your body: in front, to the side, straight back, and back to the opposite side. Bend the planted knee and hip as you slide the opposing leg outwards. At the point of a comfortable end range, press the sliding foot down into the ground and slide back up towards your body, keeping the leg straight and foot forward facing. Straighten and extend the planted hip and knee as you slide back up.
